Developing Trend for Fluids Machinery

Fluids machinery is the most hard core of the general machine which includes the pump, valve, piping, blower fan, compressor, filtrating and separating equipment, vacuum apparatus, gas purifying equipment and so on.
Fluids machinery bears the tasks of offering whole set, ancillary and key technical equipments for the exploitation of petroleum and natural gas as well as the conveying of petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgical, environmental protection and other industry fields. The construction of the key projects in state and the developing of the relevant industry is impacted directly by its performance and quality. Meanwhile, fluids machinery is also the high energy consumption products that the quantity are large and the involving are wide, and the annual power consumption accounts for about 30% to 40% of the whole country industry. Therefore, the fluids machinery to eliminate outmoded products and improve technical levels has a very important significance to energy saving and energy efficiency improving in China.
In the next 10 years, the thermal power, nuclear power, hydropower, large petrochemistry, the collector pipeline of petroleum and natural gas, as well as the new valve products that are matched for coal liquefied gas, metallurgy and other major construction projects will become a focus of exploitation. It will lead high-speed growth in the whole valve market.
According to experts, as these new valve products are developed, the promotion and application of new process technology should be paid attention to. To improve the corrosion resistance and erosion resistance of the seal surface of valve, a few manufacturers have begun to adopt the process of flame spraying tungsten carbide with supersonic velocity, but at the same time, it should attach importance to modify the property of sealing surface with the millimicron materials and the development of laser cladding technology. In addition, it should continue to promote the technology of automatic wire-feeding build-up welding with cobalt, chromium, tungsten and other plasma which was used in valve industry in the years to substitute it for the manual welding, so as to ensure the quality of the seal surface of valve; to realize the automatic control of technical process of project installation, the development of valves of intelligent electric and hydraulic driving devices should be strengthened; it should speed up the research and development of new driving methods such as magnetic driving, develop new closed-magnetic driving valve series, eliminate the leak source between the valve stem and filler, so as to enable it to apply to the pipeline which there is flammable, explosive, toxic, corrosive media and demands to lock and avoid misoperation.
Therefore, the valve industry should set up the enterprise group and increase investment in science and technology, develop high-level, large, precision and advanced valve products; strengthen the product standardization work, so as to enable the standards can keep up with the demands of the developing of situation in quantity and level; continue to carry out tackling key problems of leakages inside and outside, and solve the quality issues of “running, emitting, dripping and leakage” as soon as possible.

Petrochemical pump

Pump, the petrochemical pump industry commonly used has centrifugal pump, reciprocating pump, screw pump, gear pump, shielding pump, vacuum pump and so on. The developing trend of petrochemical pump in the future is mainly the large, high-speed, mechanical-electrical integration as well as complete set, standardization, serial and universal; many varieties, wide performance, long life and high reliability, high-efficiency and large-scale production and specialization in seals and bearings.
The technique of production for petrochemical pump in the international is more mature, it has many sizes and varieties, and the degree of standardization is high, In recent years, the technological research and development of petrochemical pump has been changed quickly, such as the research of the flow theory that the media is in pump, to do a digital simulation to the internal flow field of the impeller of centrifugal pump using the computation of fluid dynamics, so as to design a reasonable impeller channel to improve the hydraulic efficiency of impeller; with ternary theory designing pump, to calculate impeller size and flow distribution inside the impeller, and consider the influence of viscous fluid to the boundary layer, in order to enhance the efficiency of pump; the researches in technology of mechanical-electrical integration for pump products, reliability technology and energy-saving technology etc. all have a new progress. In the research and developing for corrosion-resistant materials, the petrochemical pump will no longer to be limited to stainless steel and high-nickel alloy materials, and it should further use the titanium, zirconium and other high quality corrosion-resistant materials.

 

 

Compressor

The large-scale of compressor in petrochemical production plant has brought along the large-scale of compressor group. The large compressor group includes the large centrifugal, reciprocating and screw compressor, its requirements are high efficiency, long-time run and can run uninterruptedly for more than five years, while one machine can be used in many ways and provided with versatility.
A great deal of large compressor group is needed in domestic market, so it is impossible to be solved by import for a long time. To speed up doing well the national production of large compressor group in petrochemical industry, it needs to do well the following work:
(1) To increase the strength for technological development, it is particularly to strengthen the research and development of basic level for extra large flow coefficient of extra large flow compressor;
(2) To strengthen the horizontal association of the process and equipment. The selection of technology is closely related to the design, manufacture and running of compressor group, it should understand what technological process that the group is in and the technical parameters of technological process have what affect on the group when the equipment is designed;
(3) To strengthen the complete capacity of large group and to change the phenomenon of thinking much of the main machine and making light of auxiliary machine in the past. If a group can be run safely and smoothly in technological equipment, it not only looks at the quality and performance of the main machine, but also depends on the good cooperation between each components of the large compressor group;
(4) To advance the standardization for document delivery of manufacturer. Compressor group is the integration of complex technology, so the document delivery which related to the technical parameters should also be standardized, and the content listing should be close to the internationalization;
(5) It should always to advocate the user is supremacy, service is supremacy and think about all for users. Compressor group is inextricably linked to the technological system, it needs the designer of group and the user to be together to solve.

 

 

Blower fan

Currently, the blower fan in foreign country is being developed towards the trend that the capacity of blower fan is being increased, high-efficient, high-speed and small and low noise, this also is the developing trend for blower fan industry in technology in the future at home.
Along with the petrochemical devices gradually increasing in scale, the capacity of each blower fan has also to be enhanced ceaselessly from objective, so the blower fan that the capacity is large will be welcomed on the market in the next few years. To enhance efficiency, 3-D flow impeller has been used in blower fan more and more widely, the others such as the mixed-flow fan and the other blower fans which have special-purpose will also have great market. After the 3-D flow impeller is used in various bower fan, while the efficiency is improved, the pressure may also be increased, so under the same conditions, the outside diameter of impeller may be reduced by 10% to 30%, thus the double effects of reducing volume and reducing weight can be obtained. Furthermore, to increase the rotating speed is also one of the important way of the blower fan to be miniaturization. The noise of blower fan is one of the main pollution source of noise in industrial production. The large-scale and speedup of blower fan and reducing noumenal noise, if the demands can not be met yet, it may take the measure of adding muffler or other measures.
